Our therapists are Polestar Pilates

certified, and certification that requires

a national certification exam to insure

qualified Pilates instruction. Our

therapists are also certified in Gyrotonic®,

Gyrokinesis® and hand rehab. Aquatics,

pediatric physical therapy, sports rehab
